Deployed our own Infinity Solutions platform to convert more than 300 university processes into fully paperless, drag‐and‐drop workflows—then extended it via secure APIs to national systems such as the Ministry of Finance (Maliyyah) and Ministry of Interior (Absher), giving staff and students a single sign‐on gateway for every transaction. By migrating requests to our configurable engine, the university cut approval times by 95 %, gained live dashboards for all KPIs, and—most importantly—proved that the same platform can be dropped into any organization to automate services at speed, whether academic, municipal, or federal.
